Consulting, grant strategy, AI, training, and software engagements are governed by a written proposal or agreement. We do not guarantee funding awards, exam results, savings, or other outcomes.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Accounts for minors must be created and managed by a parent or guardian.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the applications, attempt unauthorized access, or share accounts beyond licensed seats.

Intellectual property

Applications, content, and training materials remain the property of Bold Ventures Group or its licensors. Client-commissioned deliverables are governed by the project agreement.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Services and applications are provided as described; to the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding twelve months.
