Subscription Terms

Plain-language terms for recurring application subscriptions, including Spectrum Connect.

Billing and renewal

Individual Spectrum Connect subscriptions begin with a 30-day free trial, then cost $3.99 per month, billed in advance, and renew automatically each month until canceled. Prices are shown before checkout and confirmed by email receipt.

Activation

Access is activated automatically after the payment provider verifies a successful payment. If a payment fails, we notify you and retry; access may be paused until payment succeeds.

Cancellation

Cancel future renewals anytime from My Account. Access continues through the end of the current paid period. No partial-month refunds are issued unless required by law.

Payment methods

Payments are processed by Stripe or Wix Payments. We never collect or store full card numbers. You can update your payment method in My Account.

Organization licenses

Seats, group, and enterprise licenses are governed by a written quote or agreement, including term, seat counts, and support.

Price changes

We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before any price change takes effect on your next renewal.
