A Bold Move was born from a pivotal moment in Piney Grove Academy’s history. Facing closure, school leader Alton Bolden refused to let a lack of funding silence the potential of his students. He embarked on a high-stakes mission to secure the capital needed to stay open, eventually winning over $1.2 million in grants in record time.
The turnaround wasn’t just about the money; it was about the strategy and systems that made it sustainable. Today, Alton uses his knowledge and real-world leadership experience to help other organizations overcome barriers, buy back their time, and turn meaningful ideas into sustainable solutions.
